Directions for Use

Adults take 1or 2 capsules/ tablets 2 or 3 times a day with water 1-2 hrs after meals. Take the first dose after breakfast. Adjust the dosage as per your body requirement or as per the advice of your practitioner

  • In high Vata (Air) problems always use our other product β€œJoint Health”for more effectiveness.
  • Take a cup of fresh or lukewarm water and add 1 gm (1/10 teaspoon) β€œPippali Powder” (Piper Longum) and dissolve it. Take one capsule/tablet of Maharasnadi Kwath and one tablet of β€œYograj Guggulu” with that dissolved water for more effectiveness in the health of joints and muscles.
  • Take a cup of fresh or lukewarm water and add one Gms (1/8 teaspoon) β€œPippali Powder” (Piper Longum). Dissolve Pippali powder in water and take one capsule of Maharasnadi Kwath one tablet of β€œSimhanada Guggulu” with that dissolved water for effective for joint flexibility.

  • Green vegetables (bitter gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, snake gourd)
