Directions for Use
Take 5 gms once a day with water. Adjust the dosage as per your requirement or as per the advice of your healthcare provider.
For External Use
For skin support: Lodhra paste is used on the face as a face pack. And as a tooth powder to strengthen the gums.
For healthy eyes: a decoction prepared from Lodhra is used for eye washing. Poultice prepared from Lodhra used to foment the eyes.
For healthy gums: the powdered bark of Lodhra is used in tooth powders.
For a healthy uterus: Lodhra powder decoction is used for douche.
