Dosage
- Take 1-3 grams (One forth to Half tea-spoon) of Nirgundi powder twice a day with water, 1-2 hours before or after meals. Take the first dose after breakfast.
- If mixing with other herbs, adjust the amount of Nirgundi accordingly or consult your healthcare provider.
