Kapha (Water) dosha naturally increases at the beginning and end of the winter season, leading to issues such as colds, throat irritation, sneezing, and chest tightness due to excess Kapha buildup. Applying Kapha oil to the chest and inhaling its vapors helps balance excess Kapha in the body. It provides effective support during cold weather.
Direction for Use
- For External Use.
- Gently rub a thin layer of oil on the throat, chest, and back to support healthy respiratory function.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the oil to a bowl of steaming water and inhale the vapors for soothing relief.
- Use one teaspoon in a vaporizer to disinfect your home and help protect against airborne pathogens.
- Keep hands away from the eyes until you have properly rinsed off hands with soap and water. Keep away from the reach of children. Store in a cool dry place with a tightly closed lid to avoid moisture. No refrigeration needed.
- This is a natural herbal oil. However, individual skin sensitivity may occur. Perform a patch test by applying a small amount or 1 ml to a small area of skin like inner forearm. Wait 24 hours or few days to ensure there is no adverse reaction or you are not allergic to this oil.
